Every month, an additional 2,000 subscriptions on the first Wednesday of every month, unless that Wednesday falls on a holiday or on the 1st of the month. In those cases, the subscriptions will be released on the following day, Thursday.

What’s Inside?
Each box contains at least one full-sized product along with samples and/or travel-sized products. We will also include information on why they’re amazing, how to use them, and fun additions such as recipes, motivational quotes, stickers.

Free Shipping There is free Flat Rate shipping on all boxes, plus a one-time free shipping on all items added to your cart with your first subscription.
When does the each Month’s box switch over? You have until the last day of the month at 11:59 PM CST to order the current Month’s box. After that, the box will switch over to the following Month’s box. As soon as the Month is officially over, that Month’s box will no longer be available.
Do all subscribers receive the same AmazeBox each Month? Yes, the AmazeBox ships as a monthly product, regardless of when they begin their subscription. For example, every subscriber, no matter how long they have been in the program, will get the same AmazeBox in October.
What will I get in my box? Each box with contain at least one full-size LimeLife by Alcone product and samples to try! We will also include information about the products and fun additions such as recipes, stickers or motivational quotes.
Who can subscribe? Retail Customers and Beauty Guides can subscribe, but only from a retail customer account. The subscription Box Program is managed in the accounts section within the LimeLife Replicated Site.
Is there a quantity cap? Yes, one subscription is allowed per a retail customer account.
Can I return my box or items in my box? Products included in your subscription box cannot be returned or refunded.
Is the AmazeBox eligible for Points and Host Rewards? No. Points and Host Rewards are not eligible for use for an AmazeBox Subscription.
Where is the AmazeBox available? The AmazeBox subscription is only available to customers in the US and Canada. The UK and Germany will be piloting a different program featuring a box with only samples.
How will I be charged? Subscriptions are automatically renewed for successive monthly periods and your payment method is automatically charged until you cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription? You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures from your account, or by sending a message at wecare@limelifebyalcone.com.
