Is there training or do I have to know everything? We pride ourselves on offering personalized training, so no matter what your experience, we will train you for success and support you every step of the way.
What is the percentage of withholding with the Beauty Guides? We are proud that our percentage of retention is 84%. The common percentage in the industry is 15% (2018). That means that 84% of the people who joined our company are still here!
How much is the commission to be a Beauty Guide? It varies from 20 to 35% depending on your sales. We have enhanced commissions that increase our earning based on our sales.
When I change from “Beauty Guide in Training” to “Beauty Guide”? By selling $ 1,000 you automatically become an official Beauty Guide. This is your first promotion.
How much can you earn with Fast Start bonuses? $ 800 in product and cash.
How much is earned with executive bonus? From $ 500- $ 1000 monthly they are called “Lifestyle bonuses” since you can use it as you like, not specifically for a car. This bonus is in addition to your commissions.
What is the minimum requirement for mandatory inventory? We do not have minimum inventory requirements.
How much is the minimum sales requirement before I run or lose my rank? $ 300 per month qualifies you as “active” if you do not do it does not run or reduces the range. You need the $ 300 minimum to be paid for your equipment.
Cost of Website and membership? $ 9.95 monthly. $ 75 annual with the first year included for free (without charges until the first anniversary with the company). The $75 annual fee can be waived by being active for a year consecutively.
