Every morning, I start my day with a green smoothie and a workout. I’ve followed this routine for the last 3 weeks because it’s my favorite way to get my body moving & stay energized throughout the day!
Here is the recipe to my simple smoothie:
Ingredients:

1 Cup coconut milk

1/2 cup of kale

3/4 cup of pineapple

2 1/2 cups of spinach

1 avocado
-
2 frozen ripe bananas
-
1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
-
1 tbs of chia seeds
-
2 tbs of collagen powder
Blend all the ingredients in your blender at high speed. I use a Vitamin and that has been super easy to use. Blend until it’s a smooth consistency.
